If the message does not display, check to make sure the board is installed according to manufacturer directions. Note the message so that it can be given to Support.
The driver is now installed.
Press [F6]. One file copies.
At the c:windowsbfaxprompt, type net start bfax and press [Enter].
At the c:windowsbfax prompt type faxinit config.txt and press [Enter]:
Note: The Brooktrout card that you have installed displays. If you receive an error, make note of it for Support.
Type Exit at the C:WINDOWSBFAX> prompt.
Open fax@vantage server.
Click Set-Up.
Click PortSetup.
Select the Brooktrout Settings tab.
Select the checkbox next to each channel that you wish to use.
Highlight the channel if you want to use it to receive only and click the Use Channel for Receiving Only checkbox. A 'Yes' displays in the Receive Only column.
Note: If you are using DID lines, these lines are to be used for receiving only.
At the fax@vantage Central Server, click Options, Fax Routing.
Click on the DID Routing tab.
ClickAdd DID #.
Enter the DID digits for which you wish to add a routed user. Click OK.
Highlight the DID Number, then choose an email recipient Manually or from the Address Book. Or you can choose to route to a printer.
Repeat steps 3 through 5 until all of the DID numbers are set up.
Click Done.
